• Viewing trips

Viewing properties are free of charge in case you buy any property through our company.

In case you decide not to buy, we charge 0,20 € per kilometer.

• Agency commission

Our commission is 3 % of the property purchase price, but not less than 900 €.

The commission is payable on the date of signing the preliminary contract and paying the deposit.

If you buy more than 2 properties through our company, we shell make a discount on the commission.

• Legal charges when transferring property ownership

At purchasing a property there will be some extra expenses such as: a notary fee, state tax, official entry state fee; they are usually about 3 % of the price.

• Company setting-up fee

Setting-up of Bulgarian Limited Company will cost you 600 € including all fees.

• Accountant Services

Keeping and maintaining the paperwork of your company our accountant can take over for an annual fee of 150 €.

• Property Management

For letting your apartment we charge 15 % of the rental price.

For letting your villa we charge 20 % of the rental price.

These costs include advertising the property on the rental market, concluding contracts, obtaining the best rental price, maintenance (indispensable repairs and cleaning not included).
