Our Services include:

• Viewing trips

Viewing properties are free of charge in case you buy any property through our company.

In case you decide not to buy, we charge 0,20 ˆ per kilometer.

• Agency commission

Our commission is 3 % of the property purchase price, but not less than 900 ˆ.

The commission is payable on the date of signing the preliminary contract and paying the deposit.

If you buy more than 2 properties through our company, we shell make a discount on the commission.

• Legal charges when transferring property ownership

At purchasing a property there will be some extra expenses such as: a notary fee, state tax, official entry state fee; they are usually about 3-4 % of the price.

• Company setting-up fee

Setting-up of Bulgarian Limited Company will cost you 600 ˆ including all fees.

• Accountant Services

Keeping and maintaining the paperwork of your company our accountant can take over for an annual fee of 150 ˆ.

• Property Management

For letting your apartment we charge 15 % of the rental price.

For letting your villa we charge 20 % of the rental price.

These costs include advertising the property on the rental market, concluding contracts, obtaining the best rental price, maintenance (indispensable repairs and cleaning not included).
