Land in Bulgaria

Land is the origin of production resources and is an eternal lucrative object and as such its price is a constant. In the last few years the interest towards it increased sharply. More and more people buy land whether regulated or not in order to use it for construction or agricultural purposes. With the boom of tourism, the need of residential buildings increased. Major investors buy land and build it up with hotels, complexes of modern houses or with apartment buildings. Sometimes it is more convenient for the investors to rent the land for a certain period of time. Whether bought or rented, development land near strategic places is considered with the greatest potential. Big investment is reckoned the purchase of industrial terrains for the purpose of hospitals or petrol stations construction. Purchase of a land practically gives the investor flexible business choice and specialists suggest to invest in land purchase.
