We would like to offer to the attention of our dear clients the single-family houses in the villa settlement, located along one of the most picturesque sites of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. It combines the wooded area, the river and sea and the vast beaches – all rolled into one. The houses are situated 25 km south of Varna. The road to there is first-class.The villa settlement is situated on the south forest slope, 60 metres away from the river Kamchia and 800 metres away from the sea-coast.
