Sea view apartments in a holiday complex 370 m from the beach in the famous seaside resort town of Obzor, 55 km south of Varna, 70 km north from Bourgas and 37 km from Nessebar. It has access to two near airports- Varna and Bourgas Airports. The beach strip is about 10 kilometers long and 30-90 wide. The sand is golden colored fine granular. It is considered to be the longest beach on our Black sea coast.

The complex comprises 29 apartments, divided into 2 sections, reception, restaurant with kitchen, shop, internet-café.

There are two property types in the complex: one bedroom apartment (from 59 to 61 sq.m.) – available from 53 010 €; two bedroom apartment (from 94 to 99 sq.m.) – available from 99 050 €. The apartments consist of a living-room with a dining-room and a kitchenette; one or two bedrooms (depending on the size of the flat); a bathroom with toilet, terrace.
